Julie Wood

PARTNER, CMO | ACCOUNT STRATEGY

As the lead strategist for Origin, Julie possesses a unique ability to find the intersection of what a client needs and what is right for the brand. Her career has been spent examining the larger picture, connecting brand values with fertile creative ground. Julie is exceptionally active in volunteer organizations, always has a book on hand and loves to spend time traveling.

Lance Thomas

PARTNER, CEO | CREATIVE DIRECTION

Lance brings a pragmatic yet creative approach to his work, specializing in crafting seamless, innovative, and impactful designs for environmental spaces, packaging, and point-of-sale displays. His deep connection to physical spaces and nature informs his ability to create distinctive, memorable designs that resonate. Outside of his professional pursuits, Lance is an accomplished classical guitarist who finds joy in music and cherishes time spent with his children, drawing inspiration from the balance and harmony in both his personal and creative life.

Michelle Thomas

PARTNER, CCO | PHOTOGRAPHY

Michelle has built her career by embracing challenges and transforming the seemingly impossible into reality. As a strategic creative director, she brings visionary leadership and a natural talent for crafting innovative approaches that leave a lasting impact. With an infectious energy that motivates her team and captivates clients. Michelle leads Origin Photo Studio, with a dedication to creating exceptional imagery and videos. Outside of work, she channels her passion for wellness through cycling, climbing, and yoga.

    VICE PRESIDENT OF CLIENT SERVICES

    Megan’s career has spanned from San Francisco to New York and she’s worked with a variety of clients from CPG to fine arts and food and beverage. Megan’s focus is building strong relationships with clients and helping them develop strategic programs that resonate with consumers. She’s also passionate about food culture, reading and fishing.

    EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR

    Jenny is a seasoned creative director with expertise in print and typography. She's a thoughtful manager and has a keen eye for detail. Her designs are strategically developed to elevate and exceed client goals. Jenny is also a food and wine lover and is passionate about photography and travel.

    CREATIVE DIRECTOR

    With nearly two decades of experience, Lauren was raised in the world of spirits. She brings an intuitive yet strategic approach to design - and a lot of fun to the Origin office. When she’s not designing, Lauren enjoys yoga, painting, and spending time with her family.

  • Claire Nipper

    ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR

    Claire brings a fresh and dynamic approach to the creative concepting process and our company culture. Unafraid to dive into new challenges, Claire is kind, hardworking and a sticker aficionado. She's passionate about illustration and typography and is a true multi-media artist able to jump from pre-press production and print to video editing and animation.

    ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

    Sarita brings a wide range of skills to Origin. She’s worked in the nonprofit sector for several years, so she’s honed her talents as a quick-witted problem solver. She is able to anticipate client needs, next steps and is always ready to tackle a new challenge. Sarita loves weightlifting and is passionate about art.

    ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

    Laura’s marketing career has spanned a bit of everything, from spirits brands and cannabis technology to animal nonprofits. Over the past seven years, she’s crafted strategic campaigns and sharp, engaging copy while bridging the gap between clients and creative teams. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, getting lost in a good book, and relaxing with her family and pets.

    ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

    Wil has spent several years working in the craft beer world. His deep knowledge of the alcohol industry and a keen sense of brand strategy allow him to identify opportunities within the increasingly competitive space. Wil enjoys long runs and watching soccer. He’s also passionate about music, playing guitar, and traveling for live shows.

    ART DIRECTOR

    Katie brings over eight years of experience in the alcohol industry, working on print and production design at the distributor level. She has a keen eye for details and is an expert multi-tasker. She loves painting, drawing, and spending time with her family.

  • Hannah Jones

    ART DIRECTOR

    Hannah brings an eagerness to learn and a passion for typography, illustration and animation. She has a keen eye for detail which allows her to provide a new perspective to our clients. Hannah also loves gaming, discovering new things and spending time with her friends.

  • Emma Binder

    ACCOUNT SERVICE

    Emma started with the Origin team as an intern, assisting with copywriting, social media and photoshoots. Since joining full time as an Account Executive, she’s cultivated her love of writing, sharpened an eye for detail, and discovered an enthusiasm for building relationships with clients and discovering new brands.
