We’re looking for a full-time Sr. Art Director to help shape brand design and below-the-line shopper campaign development, focused primarily on our alcohol portfolio inclusive of High Noon. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone with deep experience in CPG below-the-line materials development.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and technically fluent. You know how to maintain design integrity across large-scale campaigns while navigating fast-moving timelines, evolving requirements, and high-volume asset production. This role requires someone who elevates the work through precision, consistency, and executional excellence while partnering closely with Creative Directors and internal teams across all phases of production. You will own production operations, helping to write out and train on SOPs. You will also help maintain and manage our production freelance network.
